Qualifications
5+ years of Restaurant Management experience for a 2.5 million dollar company. As well as experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.

1-2 years experience as a GM at a live music venue is required

Responsible for building and maintaining a honky tonk atmosphere

Strong understanding of profit and loss reports and controls of goods sold

Understanding of financial aspects of business operations

Ability to network and organize and create new events

Responsibilities

Generate revenue, build and maintain staff for proper customer service, and create routines for accountability.

Needs to be able to book ticketed, contracted events 1-2x's a month.

A strong background working with talent agents is a plus.

Have a plan in place to control C.O.G.S & Labor.

A strong understanding of FOH/BOH profit and loss summary and how to make changes that reflect in the day to day operations.
- Responsible for all marketing- which include internal promotion, Social media branding, and connecting with activities in the community. Like Nashville Scene- Burger Week.

Work with and utilize our established partnerships around the city. For example we are a Gold Member with The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation.

Stay up to date with the Grand Ol' Opry schedule for high volume flow of customers.

Needs to be able to oversee/ help develop expansions and new builds.

Be able to compare quotes and obtain correct licenses and/or permits.

Scheduling and obtaining film opportunities with companies like Apple TV, corporate events, photoshoots with various artists.

Establish manager tree and ongoing training of crew leaders.

Have weekly marketing meetings and create goals.

Maintain property cleanliness and atmosphere.

Create a safe and encouraging atmosphere for all that work in the building, addressing any issues of concern.

Ensure all leaders are set up for success and being held accountable.

Responsible for all hiring and firing of staff and creating schedule.

Compensation
-
$90,000 to $100,000+ salary based on experience

Health insurance after 90 days
-
PTO- 7 days paid, 3 personal days on start date with 7 days paid, 3 personal days added after 6 months in position

Estimated schedule 50-60+ hr/wk (10 of which will be administrative meetings)

Bonus to be determined after 90 day evaluation

At any point you chose to leave the company without a 60 day notice, the bonus structure is voided

Bonuses will be built 5 items to the total amount for the month and be based off what we all agree upon after the next 90 days.
