Our innovative law firm is seeking a talented and personable individual to join our team. This dynamic role combines the best of both worlds: providing exceptional client service as a receptionist and ensuring efficient document management as a file clerk.
What You'll Do:
- Be the First Impression: Greet clients warmly and professionally, managing the front desk with a smile.
- Phone Powerhouse: Efficiently answer calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member, and schedule appointments using our online scheduling platform.
- Tech Titan: Utilize our cutting-edge legal practice management software to scan, file, and organize documents electronically.
- Master of the Cloud: Leverage cloud-based storage solutions to ensure secure and accessible client files.
- Communication Catalyst: Clearly and concisely communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff via phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Embrace Innovation: Stay up-to-date on the latest legal technology trends and be willing to learn new software.
- File Master: Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents and proper filing and recording.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Positive and professional demeanor with a focus on client service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft concise and professional correspondence.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of comfort with technology. Proficient and efficient performance in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, OneDrive and Outlook) and other software is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- A love of learning and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with legal terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with legal practice management software and online booking systems.
