We serve clients ranging from real estate developers, governments, and food and beverage and industrial manufacturers.
We're currently looking for a Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for managing Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant construction projects through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.to support the growth of the company in Texas.
This a remote based position that will occasionally require travel to job sites throughout the State of Texas
Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects in ground up construction and reconstruction projects

Provides overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to construction projects.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for all construction projects and report out financial status.

Manage project resources, personnel, deliveries, develop payment schedules, and complete all required correspondence between the customer and the company

Ensures the project is constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.

Understands client drivers and offers value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.

Manages project performance and providing performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule.

Negotiates and issues subcontracts, major purchase orders and progress payments and monitors their progress and schedule.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Supports Project Engineers with development and review of submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and change order requests (CORs).

Implement corrective measures to address deviations from project requirements.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders.

Prepare progress reports and presentations for management.

Develops and coordinates overall project closeout.

Conduct post-construction evaluations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field of study.

5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction

In-depth knowledge of and experience in construction industry and company operations, including building materials, construction specifications, and methods and procedures.

Ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractors

Ability to apply basic engineering and problem-solving principles to construction challenges as they arise. General math abilities.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with client, subcontractors, and vendors

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and Construction Management software.
