Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our tax team. As an integral part of our firm, you'll provide essential support to our tax professionals, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Organize and maintain tax-related documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Client Communication: Assist in managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for tax professionals.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input data into our systems accurately and maintain organized records.
- General Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, emails, and other administrative duties as needed.
