Job Title: Shift Lead Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Lead Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the highest quality of service to our customers. The Shift Lead Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees during their shift, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees during their shift and ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner and meets the highest standards of quality and freshness
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Maintain and update inventory levels to ensure that supplies are ordered and restocked in a timely manner
- Train and develop employees to improve their performance and ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in creating work schedules for employees, ensuring that they are accurate and effective
- Manage cash and credit card transactions, ensure that daily sales are accurately recorded and that all financial records are maintained according to company policies.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field preferred
