We are in search of a Training Associate. In this role, you will work with department leaders to develop and maintain the Practical Training Matrices for all Learning & Development programs, and will help to assess, identify, and implement solutions for the training program through consistent interactions with
mentors. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with leaders in the organization to continuously improve the Learning & Development program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitating and tracking training progress
Identifying patterns and offering recommendations to department leaders
Ensuring learners have up to date materials
Acting as a technical resource, and fostering a supportive environment for all new hires to grow and succeed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources (other degrees
considered)
2+ years’ experience in a Learning & Development or Human Resources capacity preferred
Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills required
