- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using front desk software and office equipment
