Legacy Pines Assisted Living is an 8-bedroom community based residential facility (CBRF) in New Richmond, Wi located on a quiet 7 acres of wooded land. Our facility is designed to resemble a home-like environment to enhance the quality of life and maximize functional independence for our residents. We offer flexible scheduling, a fun and relaxed work environment, and shift differentials for overnight/weekend shifts.
Caregivers will be responsible for providing continuous care to our residents in a safe and effective manner. Caregivers are required to assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming. They will also be responsible for meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, activities/community outings and medication management.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relationship skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Considerable initiative, judgment, and ability to work well with others are also required. Attention to details, excellent written and oral communication. Willingness to take direction from supervisor and follow written plan of care for residence. Able to recognize resident’s and facility’s needs and independently follow through.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous geriatric and/or caregiving experience required.
CERTIFICATES AND TRAINING: Certified Nursing Assistant, Current BLS certification and First Aid

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
