Remote Sales Role: We are looking for an College Admissions Advisors / Consultants to join our growing sales team. This role offers a range based on sales performance of strong salary and commissions structure.
As an Admissions Advisor / Consultant you will meet with high school students and their parents to do an assessment of their academic credentials, achievements and goals. Then be able to present the Empowerly comprehensive suite of college admissions programs and follow up with the families to help them enroll.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Document and manage complete sales cycles, from qualifying inbound leads to selling Empowerly's suite of solutions to families, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned areas to reach sales goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador to our students and families
- Drive revenue to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Track all deal data in HubSpot (deal source, close time, etc.) to understand the best sales strategies.
- 5-7 years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-consumer, or relevant business-to-business sales experience.
- Availability to work at least a weekend day and during evening hours, aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficiency with SaaS platforms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite
- Embraces opportunities, takes risks, and challenges the status quo.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Consulting experience working with students to get them into top universities
- Experience selling higher contract value education while exceeding quota
- Experience selling intangibles
- 5-7 Years of experience working remotely on an inside sales team
- Knowledge of the college admissions space preferred
- Consultative selling experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
