The Steve Napleton Auto Group is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing NEW Centralized Service BDC Team in Oak Lawn!
The Service BDC Primary Goal:
To Regain and Retain Retention for our Service Departments in all of our 9 Dealerships.
The Service BDC Representative Role Summary: (Includes but not limited to)
- Schedule Service Customer's Appointments through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Use the Service CRM to Follow Up with customers in regard to online scheduled service appointments, customer requests, due services, warranty information, and recall notices.
- Record all communications (call, email or texts) with customers in the CRM accurately.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
Schedule could be as early as 7:30am and as late as 6pm during the week with availability to work a rotating Saturday.
- Self-Motivator who does not require much redirecting
- A Serious Work Ethic and Career Minded- We Promote from Within!
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience working over the phone preferred
- Able to create and maintain customer relationships
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
