Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Deliver a positive shopping experience to every customer, every time. Greet customers promptly, professionally, and politely, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Sales Experience: Maximize sales through a positive attitude and knowledgeable approach. Make product recommendations, develop solutions, and effectively communicate with customers throughout the sales process. Grit & hardcore.
- Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with peers, office personnel, and management. Cooperate and contribute to the team effort to accomplish related results as needed.
- Order Management: Submit accurate post-sale order entry and complete the administrative process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge by attending meetings, and training sessions, and learning CRM.

Qualifications
- Experience:
- Inside and outside sales experience required.
- At least 3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Language Skills: English must be your first language.
- Education: College education preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.
- Mathematical Skills: Proficient in math functions with the use of a calculator.
- Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of primary Microsoft Office programs.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs.
- Able to hear and speak to customers in person.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, reach, and move about the showroom regularly.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Able to see and read on a computer screen and paper.
