Orange Circle Studio, LLC looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented candidate to route PDF proofs, digital proofs, pre-production samples, and TOP advances through the creative department to meet deadlines and ensure on-time deliveries. The successful candidate will be dynamic and possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and high level of commitment to their work. Responsibilities
- Check the specifications and codes for incoming factory proofs, noting any discrepancies on the routing sheets.
- Route the factory proofs for all products, including reprints, through the editorial and design departments, and then communicate changes and/or approvals to the factory.
- Accurately maintain the “running changes” spreadsheet and communicate the changes to the production team as products are reprinted.
- Identify and help resolve problems by clearly communicating issues with the appropriate departments (creative, production and/or sales) and following up until the problem is resolved.
- Update the design specifications spreadsheets as needed during the proofing process.
- Review and route reprints of products and ensure that running changes have been made.
- Ensure that factory proofs are sent to artists and/or customers for approval as needed.
- Keep the job bags and sample archives tidy, well organized, and clearly labeled.
- Ensure that we receive at least one archive copy of every new product.

Required Skills

- Must possess strong attention to detail, be a team player, and be able to multitask.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Google Docs.
- Familiarity with the gift and stationery market is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000 - $52,000 per annum
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
