Job Description
As a valued colleague on our Enterprise Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will guide the team and provide expert advice on end-to-end management of programs that address strategic initiatives, operational needs, and other key business issues by aligning multiple projects, products, processes, and stakeholders.

The Go-to-Market Strategy Program Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Owns the overall readiness strategy including up-front assessment of program/initiative complexity, building the readiness roadmap for launch, assembling, and leading the project team though readiness phases, and performing pre-launch market readiness risk assessment.

Evaluate and report on progress for a program or initiative pre and post launch at all phases and to all levels; initiate continuous feedback loop to refine the opportunity and maximize adoption.

Inform, influence, and activate customers, employees, and other stakeholders around the strategic objectives and value proposition.

Act as a ‘doer’ throughout GTM process, including driving alignment, defining KPIs, and ensuring efficiencies and customer experience.

Create programs to support ongoing development across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Training and Support that prepares each team member for customer interactions through role-specific training, customer-facing development, process documentation, field coaching, and continual reinforcement of key skills.

Work cross-functionally to identify and address marketing collateral needs, campaigns, business/policy/technical process documentation and training needs; direct and adjust the creation of content to support these needs.

Create and deliver readiness assets that scale based on the degree of change and maturity of the solution or capability of the customer-facing associates.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
-
4 years related mortgage industry experience.
-
A proven track record successfully managing projects and leading GTM initiatives to execute ambitious goals and strategic plans, translate vision into operational goals, and set high standards of excellence.

Strong product domain / mortgage industry knowledge and ability to understand and interpret customer feedback and market insights, translate and “speak the language” of all the other functional teams/stakeholders.

Demonstrated strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and drive decision-making across junior and senior roles within Product, Operations and Sales, and incorporate feedback in continuous improvement motion.

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner, is flexible and welcoming to change, and is self-motivated and can work independently with minimal or no supervision.

Prompt decision-maker and a strategic and creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Can think broadly about anticipated impacts on the market.
Desired Experiences

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

PMP, PgMP, or Agile SaFE® certification.

Skilled in Collaboration Tools, such Microsoft Teams, JIRA/Confluence and SharePoint.

Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Skilled in reporting tools, such as Power BI.
-
Experience using Project Management Tools, such as Workfront Fusion or Microsoft Azure.
