All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures.
Job Duties:
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
- Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility products, features and amenities.

Evaluate and educate guests about applicable wellness recommendations.

Ensure facility equipment is functioning properly and report any concerns to Lead Esthetician and/or Spa Management.

Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.

Perform preparation work and restock room at the end of each shift.

Promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as any promotions and/or discounts available.

Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.

Ensure that required licensing is maintained & updated.

Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to:

Consult with guests to determine any areas of focus or contraindications. Provide guests with recommendation to continue care after their appointment

Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.

Ensure that required licensing is maintained & updated.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Forbes and/or AAA service standards.

Working knowledge of spa booking system(s).

Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- At least one year of school/experience in massage therapist.

Nevada Massage Therapy license.

Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Polished appearance and demeanor.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

At least 18 years of age or older.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
