**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office management for our prairie liquids divsion.
**Responsibilities:**
Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for employees and customers.
Enter and complete start to finish billing on all trucks offloading at our facility
**Skills:**
- Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills in a professional setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Experience in office management or related field is a plus.
