Position Overview:
We are currently seeking 3 full-time Shift Managers to oversee operations. The Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of service, and managing a team of employees to deliver an exceptional dining experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the quick service restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities during shifts, ensuring efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Effectively communicate with management
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve business objectives
- Learn and become effective at each position in the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to train at our Fulton or Chicago Dr. location and then will move to Standale Location
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the quick service restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends (Closed on Sundays - All Sundays off)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
