The American College of Physicians (ACP) is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join the Member and Product Support department as a Customer Service Representative. ACP, a global organization with headquarters in Philadelphia, is the largest medical specialty organization and the second-largest physician group in the United States with more than 161,000 members worldwide. This is a full-time hybrid position with 2 days in-office per week required.
The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, email correspondence, and online chat support from ACP members and customers, as well as other related customer services such as processing payments and data entry functions. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining a thorough knowledge of ACP product lines, programs, periodicals, services, and initiatives.

Processing all types of transactions to satisfy customer requests, including product orders, membership dues payments, meeting registrations, refunds, cancellations, and any other financial adjustments.

Providing customer support in navigating our websites, online products, apps, and e-commerce.

Navigating our customer relations management system.

Providing support and assistance with special projects.

Perform other duties, as required.
Qualifications:

Candidates for this position must possess a positive customer service attitude and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer skills including data entry, Word, and Excel.

Demonstrated time management skills are required.

Experience in a customer service position, preferably for a membership association or high-volume call center.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook (Preferred).

Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred).
