Summary
In the role of HVAC Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient dispatching of HVAC technicians, ensuring timely response to service calls, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilizing core skills in logistics, analysis, and communication, you will coordinate schedules, monitor job progress, and optimize routing for the HVAC team. Your premium skills in transportation management systems and supply chain will be valuable in streamlining operations and enhancing service delivery. With relevant skills in fleet management and data entry, you will contribute to the smooth coordination of HVAC services, demonstrating leadership and organizational abilities in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls efficiently.
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and schedules.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve dispatching processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate freight delivery and pickup.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of customer service.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
