Starting Pay Range: $25 - $31.40 per hour

Summary of benefits:
OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Long-term Disability Insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching. Flex spending plans, uniform allowances, and an Employee Assistance Program available as well. PTO is accrued based on position and tenure.

Payroll and Benefits Specialist Summary:
OOA is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to act as the subject matter expert and primary administrator of all activities relating to payroll processing and employee benefits. This will include the preparing and processing of semi-monthly payroll, planning and administration of employee benefits including open enrollment, and managing employee information in the payroll system.
Payroll and Benefits Specialist Qualifications:

Previous experience in a payroll and benefits role, with a strong understanding of payroll and benefit processes and procedures.

Communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Excellent time management, organizational, teamwork, and follow-through skills.
