Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
- Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain necessary documentation
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood
education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources
