**Duties:** - Develop and implement age-appropriate plans to engage preschool-aged children in learning activities - Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development - Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in the classroom - Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for students - Incorporate play-based learning activities to enhance children's creativity and imagination **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare, special education, or private school setting - Strong ability to educate and engage young students in a classroom setting - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues -
