Culmen International is hiring a Consulting Support SME to provide support for the Research Directorate at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) onsite in Springfield, VA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience providing strategic guidance, support, recommendations, and feedback to Senior leadershipto inform priorities, goals, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience facilitating working groups, coaching sessions, instructional sessions, and team-buildingactivities including developing the agenda and design of these sessions.
- Expertise in organizational change and theory including best practices for communication, stakeholdermanagement, diversity initiatives, and leadership.
- Incumbent is expected to facilitate similar sessions for Research, record notes, and develop a post-offsitesummary to include action items and recommendations.
- This position will work with the Research Employee Council and be available to consult on DEIA initiativesto assist Research in preparation and management of meetings and aid in mapping courses of actionsand desired outcomes.
- Incumbent will assess effectiveness of the Research DEIA plan and offer recommendations forimprovement while ensuring the Research DEIA plan aligns to overall NGA DEIA maturity framework.
- This position will aid in building effectiveness of Leadership team by providing guidance, ideas, andsuggestions on internal staff and how stakeholder engagement can be improved.
- Consulting SME is expected to provide recommendations and ideas on design, agenda, presentation, and any additional content to include in town halls and employee forums.
Basic Qualifications:
- MA/MS in Public Administration, Education, Teaching, Organizational management or equivalent field and equal to 20 years or more of relevant work experience.
- PhD in Public Administration, Education, Teaching, Organizational management or equivalent field andequal to 15 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Must have Active TS / SCI Clearance
- Willingness to sit for a CI Poly
