We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Patient Financial Services Supervisor at our Corporate office in West long Branch.
The Patient Financial Services Supervisor responsibilities are:
Responsible for reviewing call statistics, staffing models, and reporting. Expected to make necessary adjustments to procedures or staffing to ensure excellent customer service and operational objectives are met or exceeded.

Learn workflow, systems, and processes of target practice with the mindset of mapping those workflows to ADH RCM systems.

Plan integration timeline with milestones, monitor progress, and adjust deliverables and tasks to stay as close to the planned timeline as possible.

Act as a resource and coach for target practice and staff to help integrate them into ADH standard practices.

Proactively identify gaps in knowledge to help craft solutions to address issues before they become problems.

Experience with training and coaching in a business environment.

Proficient in medical practice operations including billing, coding, and medical terminology.

Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills.

Meet regularly with the team to clearly understand upcoming opportunities; participate in the onboarding planning session.

Actively contribute to refining the integration process by offering suggestions based on experiences with past go-live processes.
The Patient Financial Services Supervisor must have the following qualifications and/or experience:

Accounts Receivable experience preferred

Bachelor Degree required

3 years experience in a large medical practice or hospital in a patient-facing role.

Minimum of one (1) years experience performing tasks related to each of the departments within ADH’s Revenue Cycle Management Dept.

Proficiency with Microsoft office products including Word and Excel.

Basic familiarity with the concepts of debits and credits.

Five years in a supervisory role
