Job Title: Baker
Job Summary:
Join our passionate culinary team as a Baker at The Talon Grill. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods while upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation. Working closely with our Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Utilize expertise in food safety protocols to ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- Prepare and bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and orders
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support catering events and special culinary projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Knowledge of cake decorating and various baking methods
- Strong understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
