We’re looking for an IT Help Desk Support Analyst. This role is highly versatile and will range from IT Service Desk activities to Onboarding new hires and Server Patch Deployments and application upgrades.
This role will be part of IT Operations & Support team that is responsible for IT Service Management, implementing and maintaining infrastructure including: security technologies, network management, cable plant management, wireless network, ESX clusters and the full M365 suite. You will be reporting to the Manager, IT Operations & Support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding
- Administer patch deployments and application upgrades.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service tickets and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams).
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Demonstrates broad knowledge with, and or proven record of success implementing and maintaining in the following areas: Network Operations, TCP/IP Protocol Suite, Cable plant management.
- Experience with enterprise level directory, Exchange, SharePoint, O365, Teams, implementation, and operations.
- Assist and support team members.
Requirements
- Associate degree in computer and Information Science, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hand on experience in configuring and administrative activities with Microsoft technologies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of network administrative experience.
- Broad understanding cloud technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player.
- Strong organizational, coordination, facilitation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills.
