As the
Director of Manufacturing Operations, you will play a crucial role in our organization, overseeing the manufacturing processes of our secondary packaging machines. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient assembly, checkout, and quality testing of our custom-designed machines. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the production of custom-designed or low-volume, high-variability environments.
- Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for production management.
- Proficiency in using Excel to manage, analyze, and present data.

Salary: $130k to $170k/yr
