Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy,
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Manage calls effectively, transferring calls and taking messages as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and organizing paperwork.
- Assist in various tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
