Fidelity National Title is the nation's largest title insurance company. The National Commercial Service’s Office in Michigan is expanding our operation, and we are currently seeking an experienced sales professional looking to become part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to the real estate services industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate profitable sales of the Company’s Commercial products and services.
- Developing new clients while expanding our relationships with existing accounts. You will promote our national commercial services by developing a referral network to generate new leads and making sales calls.
- Assists in the development and implementation of a marketing plan in accordance with Company objectives, targeting key accounts and sources of new/repeat business.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Company personnel to ensure a smooth closing experience and answer questions.
- Monitor competitor’s practices and market conditions.
- Prepares and analyzes monthly/weekly sales reports.
- Participates in professional and trade associations to maintain personal/Company visibility, while expanding knowledge of existing and potential customer base.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced professional environment, possess the following characteristics: high energy level, results and people oriented, assertive/persuasive, strong interpersonal skills, team player, excellent time management skills, computer literate with experience in social media networking.
A qualified candidate must be self-motivated and have a proven track record in sales with minimum of 3-5 years business-to-business sales experience. Preferred candidates will have knowledge of real estate, title insurance and an existing network of relationships in the commercial real estate and legal field and/or a law degree.
