Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Utilize effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and displays
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail math principles for cash handling and inventory management
- Experience in electronics sales, technology sales, or wireless sales is a bonus
