We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Clinical Education & Quality Management to join our team and drive our clinical excellence initiatives.
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Clinical Education & Quality Management will be responsible for overseeing the clinical education programs and quality management initiatives across our skilled nursing facilities. This executive role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement methodologies. The VP will work closely with the clinical teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care, staff development, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive clinical education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff and other clinical personnel.
- Lead quality management initiatives to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with facility administrators and clinical leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics and quality indicators, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in care delivery.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical educators and quality management staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical education, quality management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive change and improve clinical outcomes.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
