Full-time position available. Responsible for the preparation and serving of the residents' meals using proper food handling techniques. Must be able to read, write, and follow oral or written instructions. Follows menus and recipes to prepare foods. Maintains a serving time established by Food Service Manger. Maintains sanitary conditions; cleans assigned equipment on a scheduled basis. Interacts with patients and family members, co-workers, clinical and ancillary staff.
