Management Expectations and Responsibilities
- Clear understanding and ability to manage day to day duties including but not limited to Labor, comps and voids.
- Uphold company standards along with policies and procedures.
- Work side by side with the team to not only coach and direct but to also grow staff members productivity daily.
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ok with working late hours
Management Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous restaurant management.
- Experience with sales volumes over 1 Million.
- Ability to engage and develop the team.
- Understand the local market to engage with guests.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
