Seeking energetic, innovative professional to direct the operational, managerial activities and strategic planning involved in all aspects of the Parks & Recreation Department. This includes preparation/management of budget, supervision of personnel, development of departmental goals/objectives, evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of department operations, providing services focused on quality and high customer service, and coordinating provisions of a comprehensive recreational program for the community, including the operation of a 27,000 square foot community center, event planning and execution, and other responsibilities as assigned. This position requires three years of management experience in management/administration with supervisory experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
