The Residence Inn by Marriott State College is looking for Front Desk Agents to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls, and responding to guest requests.
We are looking for a candidate available to work a combination of the morning shift (7am-3pm) and the evening shift (3pm-11pm). As a Hotel, we're open 24/7, so schedule would range from Saturday-Friday. Weekends are required.
Experience as a hotel front desk agent is preferred, but not required since we will train the right candidate.
