What you will do:
The Manufacturing Product Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Inicio product portfolio-- establishing market price positioning, the Inicio product plan, analyzing profitability, and market trends as well as enhancing existing products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Manufacturing Product Manager will contribute to the overall success of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the aluminum Inicio Windows and Doors product roadmap and manage the product lifecycle to align with business strategy.
- Serve as a member of the product launch team writing the project scope, customer requirements, business cases, and identifying the resource requirements necessary to execute the product roadmap.
- Drive the development of resources, collateral, programs, warranty, and training content that enable sales to articulate the value proposition and support the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and competitive landscape through a variety of sources and methods.
- Develop strategies that enable profitable sales growth with the customers we serve.
- Ensure that product lines are equipped with appropriate technology and features to drive sales and margin growth targets.
- Devise plans to address and win against the competition by articulating the unique features and benefits of our full product portfolio.
- Work with sales, engineering, factory, IT and other team members to develop new products that meet current and future customer and market requirements.
- Provide product specifications for configure, price, and quote tools.
- Manage line profitability to achieve desired market position and margin targets.
- Support sales in delivering sustained profitable growth.
- Attend customer meetings in support of the sales process.
- Garner input and understand VOC including: dealers, architects, builders, and consumers.
- Be a team leader that is responsible to meet/exceed targets on the following KPIs
- Sales Revenue
- Customer and Product profitability (margin $ and %)
- Product launches on time and within budget
- Value-add and cost-reduction targets.
- Organizational alignment for product roadmap
- Drive product line financials results and customer satisfaction.
- Approve the marketing communications efforts relative to their products/brands.
- Educate sales team members on product launches and feature/benefit rollouts.
- Be accountable for product performance.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Conduct or acquire market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive positioning when needed.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related field. Aluminum window experience a plus.
- Strong manufacturing product line development.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Minimum Requirements
- BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or other associated major
- 3+ years of experience in product management, pricing, marketing, or sales
- 5+ years of experience in building materials industry
- High level of customer focus
- Interface with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of the organization
- Strong commercial and technical skills background
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
