Catering Manager

- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of catering events from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event
- Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure food safety standards are met throughout food preparation and service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or feedback promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience in catering or food service management
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide catering teams
- Experience in cash handling and financial management
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
