Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute events
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement new menu items to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Experience:
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary trends, and kitchen management principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
