```Duties```
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train retail staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Process sales transactions using the POS system and cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales and technology products is a plus
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships
- Familiarity with employee orientation, training, and development processes
- Ability to negotiate with customers to achieve win-win outcomes
