Seeking a remote administrative/marketing professional with a financial services/insurance support background with an advisory firm (required).
Position Description: This is a blended position that entails both marketing and administrative duties. We provide high-level marketing, administrative, social media, graphic and web design services for our clients. In business since 2006, our team has grown and we are looking to add another dedicated resource to our team.
Responsibilities are varied daily to meet the daily needs of our clients. Administrative duties would include managing client calendars, scheduling and confirming their client appointments, account opening paperwork, money transfers, handling client reschedules and setting up meetings. Internet research, generating simple reports in Excel, occasional PowerPoint presentations and various other administrative tasks as needed.
Marketing responsibilities would include setting up and sending out client newsletters, updating and sending out blogs, creating and monitoring social media accounts.
You must have experience in social media, a contact management system such as SalesForce, Redtail, Wealth Box, Outlook, Gmail, Office 365 or other like software.
You must have experience working with financial advisors in account openings such as annuities, IRAs etc.
You must be comfortable on the phone. We manage several client calendars and appointment scheduling (no cold calls, no cold sales etc.)
Experience in Wordpress, MailChimp or Constant Contact a definite plus!
A minimum of 5 years experience is required.
This fully remote position.
You must be open to working with our clients who are not advisors from time to time.
