JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Assisting the Principal
* Performing clerical work (phone, file, office organization, data entry)
* Prepare and review draft client agreements and contracts
* Accounting software data entry and invoicing
* Social media/email and telephone marketing and follow up
* Communicate with vendors, subcontractors and employees
* Communicate with HR/Payroll/Insurance/Accountant
* Internet research and procurement
* Attend meetings and presentations, as needed
* Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Must have excellent office management & organizational skills
* Ability to work independantly on multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
* Must be punctual, responsible and self motivated
* Ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, strong customer service, and out-going personality
* Previous experience with Quickbook a plus
* Must be able to demonstrate creative writing skills
* AA or BA a plus
Available hours:
Part Time (8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm)
Full Time (8am-5pm)
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
* 4 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
