The Role (located in Kansas City, MO)
- Ensure that every Hakes Brothers' home buyer has an excellent experience.
- Use honesty and integrity in all representations and negotiations.
- Generate and follow up on all leads and prospects, working diligenty to achieve all sales goals.
- Become proficient in sales strategies, techniques, and model home presentations.
- Promote Hakes Brothers on MLS, sending e-mail blasts, distributing flyers, hosting model home grand openings, and community-sponsored events.
- Attend sales meetings and quarterly luncheons.
- Daily relationship-building with Real Estate Agents and weekly presentation visits to realty offices.
- Regular communication with buyers throughout construction process, remaining actively involved in the sales process.
Marketing Duties
- Ensure brand consistency, in coordination with Corporate.
- Execute initiatives on social media platforms, Zillow, and via e-mail marketing.
- Plan and execute community events (Grand Openings, Showcase/Parade of Homes, Realtor special events).
- Create, update and distribute various marketing materials.
- Collaborate with teams, departments, and third-party partners for informaiton dissemination and event planning.
- Organize new community launches and oversee all the associated logistics.
- Contribute to Google profile, inputting all relevant data.
- Create and schedule graphics and copy for social media and e-mail marketing drips. Reply to all customer comments and concerns.
- Schedule photography and videography at various stages of new community cycle.
- Manage interior marketing displays for model homes and other homes that are temporarily staged.
- Distribution of Sales office materials for all Hakes Brothers' communities.
- Create and maintain digital assets/collateral/deliverables.
- Seek out award/donation/sponsorship opportunities to help build brand awareness and maximize brand exposure.
- Routinely audit and update marketing information and material across various platforms.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Journalism, or related field of study
Experience / Qualifications:
- Required: at least one year of experience
- Required: must be a licensed real estate agent and licensed with ReeceNichols Brokerage or willing to transfer license to ReeceNichols Brokerage.
- Required: must own or have access to vehicle for daily work
- Required: valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
