Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Must be familiar/expereiced in the following industries
Import Export, real esates, Air BnB ( yes that type of Model called "OPM" ) , Food and vending startup projects ( yes, ESOPs may be an option) , C level exposure is much wated
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Utilize computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong project coordination and organizational abilities
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and file management
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
