```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and notes in the system
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Experience with outbound calling or sales is a plus
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly desired
