Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a leading global firm with an opening for UCC Paralegal with 3-5 years of UCC experience in a corporate or legal environment. This is a hybrid job based in Manhattan. The UCC Paralegal will be responsible for coordinating lien search projects and analyzing of results, reviewing relevant security or pledge agreements or aircraft mortgages or leases, preparing UCC documents, reviewing and auditing UCC filings to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements, coordinating UCC filing projects, entering UCC filing data into the UCC Tool database, following up with relevant parties regarding UCC expiration notifications, providing training on UCC filing preparation, lien search ordering and use of UCC Tool database and assisting with UCC seminar presentations.
Applicants must have a four year college degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5, strong familiarity of the UCC, excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work at a computer for a sustained amount of time.
Salary is $130,000K $160,000K, commensurate with experience.
