The Executive Assistant will play a key role in empowering our CEO to reach new heights of success and must excel in communication, networking, and relationship-building. This is a full-time position based in Saratoga Springs, NY, offering a mix of in-office and hybrid work arrangements, with occasional evening and weekend commitments. Compensation package includes annual salary, bonus, and paid time off.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support

Oversee all contracts through closing and review contracts and listing documents for completion

Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker

Guard the rainmaker’s daily schedule

Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints

Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
