Under the direction of the COO this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the Revenue Cycle Department. The administrative assistant may preform duties such as, word processing, filing, record keeping, obtaining supplies, and working on special projects. This position will require an independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
Job Duties
Compose, and file letters daily
Organize large volume of information
Update file status
Handle confidential information
Work Schedule: In-Person Mon-Friday 8:00-5:00 PM 1 Hour for Lunch
Qualifications:
2-3 Years’ Experience in an Administrative Assistant role preferred
Education:
College Graduate preferred
Skills
High Level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Work requires attention to detail in composing typing and proofing materials
Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Must have a strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A working knowledge of EHR software is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
