Overall Responsibility: This job role is vital to the success of Planet Smoothie. The counter server ensures we have top notch guest service and that our products are served with 100% satisfaction. It is the counter servers responsibility to provide guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products. At Planet Smoothie, we want our guests to experience a friendly, upbeat, clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Delivers legendary guest service by determining the guests needs & suggesting products to enhance service & meet or exceed sales goals.

Prepares all smoothies to exact recipes and standards

Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products

Follows Planet Smoothies standards for stocking and storing of products

Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed

Presents oneself as friendly and enthusiast about Changing the way the Planet eats.

Anticipates guest and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for cues

Maintain a detailed knowledge of Planet Smoothies products

Develops rapport with loyal guests by learning their names and favorite smoothies

Follows store policies and procedures outlined by the general manager

Follows the policies and procedures for handling cash and using the cash register

Contributes to the store goals for increasing sales and improving profits

Creates ways for guests to interact with our product; sampling, up sale, etc.

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team

Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful coaching as needed.

Contributes to positive ream environment by recognizing changes in partner morale & performance & communicating them to the store manager

Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications

Retail or guest service experience preferred

Work varied hours/days based on business needs

Ability to learn quickly
