Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Transcribe and proofread documents as needed
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation
- File and maintain patient records in accordance with office protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and document management
