La Colombe is seeking an energetic and collaborative marketing leader to drive the brand's next phase of
growth. As the Senior Director of Brand Activation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the awareness,
visibility, and adoption of La Colombe's products and brand. This is a key member of the marketing
leadership team accountable for developing overall brand activation strategies, consumer leadership, and
brand awareness and reach plan development and delivery. Your mission will be to strategically connect
our brand with a broader audience, creating excitement and fostering consumer loyalty.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the concept and execution of 360 activation plans collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Lead cross-functional integrated marketing planning and project management to align efforts
across the organization.
- Manage the cross-channel marketing calendar to ensure cohesive and synchronized marketing
efforts.
- Lead and manage strategic collaborations and partnerships.
- Provide leadership to teams driving social media, media relations, PR, and influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with business channels, product strategy, and marketing teams to align objectives
and tactics.
- Enhance brand and product awareness through culturally relevant and brand-consistent
initiatives.
- Manage relationships with media agencies to optimize media strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure marketing efforts are innovative and on-brand.
- Develop tools for tracking awareness and measurement KPIs for owned channels.
- Collaborate with teams (Product, Creative, Communications, PR, digital, Impact, etc.) on 360
campaign process for all markets to ensure all touch points reflect brand messaging
- Lead activation and creative briefs for campaign-related assets, ensuring deliverables are aligned
with brand objectives
- Build annual and seasonal integrated marketing strategy and campaign plans that deliver both on
brand and business goals, working closely with various cross-functional teams.
- Lead annual and seasonal marketing calendar development and management drive visibility
across the org
COMPENSATION
- Salary: $195k - $210k
- Bonus Potential: 30%
- Year 1 PTO: 22 Days

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Experience: 10-15 years in marketing, with a focus on brand activation and leadership roles.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
