Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various Procurement Administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities such as: estimating product sales prices, assisting with material purchasing work process, documentation and approval, engaging suppliers and assisting with expanding supply-chain, assisting in maintaining files for vendors, additional duties assigned by manager.
Duties:
-Research new suppliers and products
- Reaching out to suppliers to get pricing and lead time
- Visiting suppliers and negotiating prices and delivery dates
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports as needed
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processed
- Assist with additional duties assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Proficiency in supply chain management, sourcing, category management, ERP systems, supplier management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
